中國紡織品商業協會家居夏涼用品分會是一個經國家民政部批準成立的非營利性社團組織，成立于2011年11月29日旨在促進家居夏涼用品行業的健康發展。

宗旨：遵守國家憲法、法律、法規和政策，在中國紡織品商業協會的領導下，充分發揮橋梁紐帶作用，為政府服務，為行業服務，為企業服務。致力于推動家居夏涼用品行業的規范化、專業化發展，提升行業整體競爭力。

主要職責

行業調研與分析：開展行業基本情況和市場情況的調查、收集、匯總及分析工作，為政府決策、企業戰略規劃提供科學依據。

產品文化推廣與品牌建設：推廣家居夏涼產品文化，通過舉辦展覽、論壇、設計大賽等活動，培育知名行業品牌，提升產品附加值。

行業自律與標準制定：實行行業自律，制（修）訂和監督實施“經營、生產家居夏涼產品質量價格信得過行業公約”，規范企業經營行為，確保產品質量與價格透明。

信用體系建設：建立健全行業信用體系，推動企業信用建設，增強企業社會責任感和市場競爭力。

市場秩序維護：維護家居夏涼產品市場秩序，打擊假冒偽劣產品，保護知識產權，保護消費者權益，營造公平、公正、有序的市場環境。

The Summer Sleeping Mat Branch of China Textile Commerce Association is a non-profit social organization approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China. Established on November 29, 2011, it aims to promote the healthy development of the home summer goods industry.

Mission: Adhering to the national constitution, laws, regulations, and policies, under the leadership of the China Textile Commerce Association, we fully leverage our role as a bridge and link to serve the government, the industry, and enterprises. We are dedicated to promoting the standardization and professionalization of the home summer goods industry, enhancing the overall competitiveness of the sector.

Slogan: Sharing, Win-Win, and Common Development

Primary Responsibilities:

Industry Research & Analysis: Conduct surveys, collection, summarization, and analysis of the industry's fundamental conditions and market trends, providing scientific basis for government decision-making and enterprise strategic planning.
Product Culture Promotion & Brand Building: Promote the culture of home summer goods, foster renowned industry brands, and enhance product value-added through exhibitions, forums, design competitions, and other activities.
Industry Self-Regulation & Standard Setting: Implement industry self-regulation, formulate (and revise) as well as supervise the implementation of "Industry Convention for Reliable Quality and Pricing in the Production and Operation of Home Summer Goods," standardizing business practices and ensuring product quality and price transparency.
Credit System Construction: Establish and improve the industry credit system, promote corporate credit building, and strengthen enterprises' social responsibility and market competitiveness.
Market Order Maintenance: Maintain the order of the home summer goods market, crack down on fake and inferior products, protect intellectual property rights, safeguard consumer rights and interests, and foster a fair, just, and orderly market environment.

Achievements: The Summer Sleeping Mat Branch has made remarkable progress in driving the development of the home summer goods industry.
